About the company

UMP Keraglow Sdn. Bhd is a Spin- Off company  under University Malaysia Pahang. The company was established to produce keratin protein from chicken feathers and to commercialize the extensive research work done on keratin protein and its products from the past eight years . Several researchers were involved in developing the technology and the products have received a number of national and international awards in various research exhibitions. One US patent has been granted and several Malaysian patents are pending  for different products.

The main business of the company is to commercialize the keratin protein and its products such as anti-aging cream, shampoo, hair treatment cream, hair straightening cream, wound healing  hydrogel and bioplastic. 

The pilot plant is  located in  UMP Gambang campus. The building and equipment are as per GMP standards and highly skilled engineers and scientists are employed to operate the plant to follow the highest standard in manufacturing as well as safety.
